Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel good in everything you wear from CLUB 12. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Eligibility

• You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
• Items that don't meet these conditions can't be accepted.

How to start a return

1. Email us at oabdelmeguid4@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with the next steps.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll send your exchange or process your refund.

Return shipping

• Defective or wrong item: we cover the return shipping.
• Change of mind (for example, you ordered the wrong size): the customer pays the return shipping

Refunds

• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. We'll confirm the refund method with you by email.
