Shipping Policy

We deliver Club 12 orders to every governorate in Egypt.

Processing time

• Orders are prepared and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days.
• You'll get a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

• Cairo & Giza: 4–7 business days
• Other governorates: 4–7 business days
• Delivery times may be longer during sales, holidays, or busy periods.

Shipping fees

• Shipping fees depend on your area and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

• You can pay online through Instapay or Vodafone Cash, or choose cash on delivery (COD).
• For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

Delivery issues

• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We're not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.
• The courier will try to reach you before delivery. If they can't reach you after several attempts, the order may be returned to us.
• If a cash on delivery order is refused at the door, we may ask for online payment on future orders.
